JCB Vina together with J&C Bachmann began their journey in 2022 visiting copper mines, nickel mines and coal mines in Vietnam educating mining companies about X-Ray Fluorescence Online Analysers and their benefits after J&C Bachmann highly successful installations of their Texas XRF (for solid stream) and Florida XRF (for slurry or liquid stream) in South Africa, Chile and Mongolia, global top producers of gold, platinum, copper, nickel and coal. The reception in Vietnam was very enthusiastic and mining companies were also keen to embark on Smart Process Automation. Hence, JCB Vina and J&C Bachmann continue to organise seminars to educate X-Ray Fluorescence Technology and Texas XRF and Florida XRF Analysers to end users and consultants.
Texas XRF - Exploration is adapted from Texas XRF - Process to have samples taken from exploration drilling stage to be analysed immediately during ongoing exploration. With its unique compact and mobile design, Texas XRF - Exploration will allow mining companies to install them in a 10 footer container at exploration site or samples cores storage for accurate and immediate analysis with data captured and fed to the control center.
Texas XRF - Process is most suitable for process areas, refinery and packing where Texas XRF are mounted above the conveyor belts for accurate and immediate analysis with data captured and fed to the control center. Texas XRF analysers are also installed in refinery to provide work-in-progress analysis and in packing for final analysis before final products are being shipped to customers.
Florida XRF is most suitable for process, refinery and tailings where Florida XRF are mounted against the pipes or into any slurry tanks for accurate and immediate analysis with data captured and fed to the control center.
